the debt of blood is a scary thing…

today I heard about Indra Azwan, a man who seeks justice for his little boy who got killed by a hit and run policeman. He walked more than a 1000 kilometers to seek justice from the president, since his cause are ignored by the officials..

His son was killed about 17years ago, and he got difficulties proposing his cause in the trials, however many ways he took to seek justice met a wall. And after 15 years, his case expired. The culprit gets free. I can only imagine how bitter he must be.

I’m reading Kings 6-7, and I am amazed of how detailed Solomon is at building the house of the Lord.. It took seven years for him to build it. But it took four years to build the foundation of it!

Moses spent 80 years in Egypt and in the land of Midian, preparing his life for the next 40 years living with miracles and wonders in the desert with the Israelites, setting the Law and old Covenant for generations to come.

It may took awhile in our life, for ‘nothing’ to happen, since we are building our foundation. But God wants to make us a strong foundation, since he knows, this foundation is crucial. (1Co 3:11-15)

Christians could be used by God to bring calamities!

I’m reading 2 Sam 24 when I realized that the Lord is using David to punish the Israelites. It is his power through the angel that set the plague, but it is through David’s doings that these things to happen.

If you read the bible, there are a lot of these kind of incidents. Moses, lifting his hand breaks the water of the red sea and puts tens of thousands Egyptians to death. Samson through the power imparted to him, killed thousands of Philistines. Elijah, calling forth a ball of flame that killed dozens of soldiers.. these kind of incidents have more tendencies in the old testament..

(suppose that he’s being couped by a rebellios rezim, not because of what he did) i think i’d still have sympathy for him..

i’d still fear him.. especially when his royal bodyguard, the generals is all around him, yea, i’d say i wouldn’t even lay a finger on him caused by fear, haha. But there is a weird guy who dared to mock, curse, and even throw a stone at the ex-monarch. It’s Shimei (2 sam 16:5-8)

I think sometimes a preacher is acting like a cellular provider. at first, they preached out salvation that can be acquired from believing Christ.
“if you believe Christ, you are sure to be saved!”
but on other occasion, they stated, do not sin!! or your salvation will be annuled.. don’t do this, don’t do that, or you will lose your salvation.
they should, like the ads, put (*) under their preachings, you know. Like salvation is granted if you believe in Christ, but with conditions, this and that..
